Debbie has been a life long resident of Michigan.  She  was married in 1986 and moved to Lansing, Michigan where she raised her three children. 

April of 1997 Debbie started her financial industry path by joining the Harvest Insurance team in Grand Ledge, Michigan and assisted in the merger and transition to GE Financial Assurance Company in January 1998.  Within two years GE Financial Assurance Company relocated the divisional office to Byron Center, Michigan where she currently resides.

During her tenure in the financial arena Debbie held the Sales Support Manager and Operations Manager positions with GE Financial Assurance company.  She also assisted in growing an independent agency from 18 representatives to 43 within 3 years and across 5 states.  Assisted in growing assets under management from $22 million to $78 million within 3 years and successfully lead a Broker Dealer change for 5,000+ customers timely and effectively.

Debbie joined the Sales and Services side of the financial industry in September of 2006 and recently created her own company and DBA and works under the name of Clearwater Financial, Inc.  She joined INVEST Financial Corporation in March of 2008.

Debbie has held her resident producer insurance license for the state of Michigan since August 1998 and holds the following Securities Licenses: Series 6, Series 63 and is registered with INVEST Financial Corporation a registered investment company to offer securities in Michigan and Indiana.
